Petros Fragkiskos is a founding partner of the firm. He graduated with distinction from the University of Athens School of Law and holds a M.St. from the University of Oxford, Faculty of Law and a LL.M. from Harvard Law.
Petros specializes in advising on, negotiating, and comprehensively supporting complex transactions and agreements from a wide range of business activities, including real-estate and strategic investments in property, construction and development, energy, and innovative technology. He has significant experience in shaping and supporting investments and sophisticated transactions at all stages, from conception and planning through execution, implementation, and day-to-day operation of the investment vehicle up to divestment and exit.
Petros also advises and provides legal opinions to corporations and banking institutions in financially significant commercial and corporate cases and represents them in mediation or in court, specializing in Supreme Court proceedings.
Relying on the legal teachings and tested alternative dispute resolution techniques he learned while studying in the United Kingdom and the United States, and with a strong drive to deliver the best results for our clients in the most efficient manner, he has successfully negotiated settlements and dispute resolutions, in both out-of-court and judicial mediation proceedings.
Petros has co-authored an article titled “The imposition of interim measures by the Hellenic Competition Commission pursuant to article 15 L. 3959/2011. The HCC’s powers and the undertakings’ defence” in the Greek scientific journal “Business and Company Law” (“Dikaio Etaireion kai Epixeiriseon”).
Petros has been an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Association of Law Firms, which represents over 150 of the most significant Greek Law Firms, for 6 years, for 3 out of which he has served as Vice President. He has also served as legal counsel to the Minister of Labor and Social Welfare as well as to a multinational corporation with a strong presence in Greece.
